Here is my experience:

• I reversed three cavities in four months testing my own methods while studying the natural and esoteric science behind tooth decay.

• I completely stopped using toothpaste, shampoo, antiperspirant or creams. I found alternatives and I created simple, minimal solutions that were beyond better than what I could ever buy in a store.

• I don’t use regular store bought cosmetics of any kind on my skin.

• I live by the principle “if I wouldn’t eat it, I wouldn’t put it on my body”.

• I created an e-book with all my “recipes” so that you have a starting point on your own cosmetic independence journey.

• I value autonomy and detachment from any addiction, beauty products included.

• I want to support my body’s natural purification process and everything I create is to honor my body’s intelligence of self-healing and renewal.
