Refund Policy

At Anine C Ø (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality digital products that deliver true value and transformation. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Since digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary content that cannot be revoked or resold.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests will only be considered in the following rare cases:
Duplicate purchase (accidental double charge) – You may request a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Technical access issues – If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we may provide a refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Unauthorized Transactions
If a chargeback or dispute is filed against a legitimate purchase, access to all digital content may be revoked. To avoid issues, please contact our support team first if you have any concerns about your order.
Refund Policy for 1:1 Attunement
When purchasing an individual attunement session at Anine C Ø, there is no cancellation or refund available. Only order a session if you a completely certain about your purchase. When the appointment has been made and time has been set, you will not be able to change the time of that session.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests will only be considered in the following rare cases:
Anine fails to show up to the session
Life circumstances where your need of absence can be documented
Requests to Change the Time of the Session
Requests to change the time of the appointment will only be concidered if Anine C Ø deems it as necessary and reasonable. Please avoid asking for a change of time unless absolutely necessary.
If the change is requested less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, there is no guarantee that the change will be possible. If a request to change the time of the session is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled time, we will do our best to accommodate. If a request to change the time of the session is made a second time after the initial change, the request will be denied.
Refund Policy for 30 day 1:1 Attunement
The 30 days will not start until the payment has been paid in full. Once there is an agreement between you, the customer, and Anine C Ø that you will commit to the 30 days, the payment process starts. When payment is made, this binds the agreement. Refunds are not available after payment is made.
However, if, upon request, Anine C Ø deems it necessary and reasonable, the date when the 30 days starts can be changed to a different date.
Refund Policy for Artworks
Artworks are printed on demand by Printful.com. This means they are printed especially for you once your order has been made. This means that your purchase directly covers print and shipping costs. Refunds are therefore not available.
