Connection is the only real nourishment according to nature. Unfortunately we live in a hijacked world, where nourishment takes the detour through status, money and food. These things are not irrelevant, good or bad, they have simply been over-emphasized. We have been coerced into thinking they are necessary for safety and nourishment. When connecting directly with nourishment itself, aligning with nature and its true flow, we disconnect the addiction and allow food, status and money to flow in and out of our lives in a natural order.
Inner nourishment is our biggest challenge today which must be addressed in the individual. This is needed if we are to ever step forward in actual societal development. Everything else is secondary. Make it a priority. Start understanding, living and knowing this in yourself. Connect to others and help each other remember how to actually care and how to never sacrifice love for anything else.
